hopefully let you know we are thinking of you.

Hi M Hope you feel much better as the day goes on. Teresa xx

Yes there are certainly days! As well as the main event I have the added distraction of an ulcer on my ankle vying for acknowledgement and earlier in the week I just couldn’t get out of bed (I need help anyway), not because I couldn’t, but basically because I didn’t want to! I was actually lying there feeling totally tranquil ,without an ache in my body and thought “this is bliss”. Even though a friend came round I thought “sod it” and stayed in bed till beyond midday. It was a bit odd when people ask if I was okay, having stayed in bed that long, for me to say it was more painful being up!

I hope it’s not a sign of defeatism.

No it’s not defeatism Stefos. I quite often will spend day in bed or part of day in bed. Just feel too tired to get up. If I force myself up I very often end up going back to bed. Fighting MS just doesn’t work. In fact it makes things worse. There are days when we are better off giving into it.

Hi all, Having a really bad day today. Legs won’t work, feel trapped in a useless shell of a body, head totally f*****d. Help! Teresa xx

Oh Teresa love that’s awful for you. Not a useless shell honey, just not working right but YOU are still there and still special.

Just remember ‘this too will pass’ (this bad day). Just relax and don’t fight it (ok I know easier said than done… but sometimes saying to the gorilla 'Ok you win’ does kinda help).

Sending you a super duper BIG (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

(always have to put hugS and not just hug as wouldn’t want to wish anyone MS HUG!!!)

Lots of love and hope you feeling much better soon…

Pat xxx (that’s a GOLD for getting through a bad day) xxx

Hi Teresa

Oh I am so sorry to hear you are having a bad day, sending you some

(((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))) to help to make you feel better.

I know it’s not what you probably want to hear, but rest, rest and rest

some more, let everyone else run around for you (please excuse the pun).

Hopefully tomorrow will be kinder to you, take care

Thank you girls - your kind words do help. Teresa xx

Hi Teresa

Hope you feel a little better today.

Rest and take it easy

Are you getting used to the LDN now? (((hugs)))

Teresa. x

Hi Teresa Feeling a little better today. I’m afraid the LDN has bitten the dust. I had 3 UTIs in 2 months which according to this website can be a side effect of the drug. It also caused other side effects that I couldn’t tolerate. So sadly, it has gone. Thanks for your kind thoughts. Teres xx
