Steaks soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar are awesome. Especially with a load of garlic cloves. Fried with onions & mushrooms. Amazing!!! Eating healthier is working wonders.

Avocado & Salmon. With cloves of garlic, Beetroot & a few pickled onions. On a bed of Whole Grain Rice & Cherry Tomatoes. I’m getting to love this health diet routine. Just having my Coffee & Baking soda. Letting these goodies disperse the vessel. Before a pint of cold tap water.

Feeling upbeat & positive today. Been walking a bit faster & not getting so dizzy. Instead of seeming like a paracletic drunk, I’m looking more like someone who’s tipsy. Even managing to pick up my dropped foot, with less tripping. Sticking to the Honey, Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Kelp & B6. Getting fresh air & exercise definitely helps. My confidence with driving & getting about is leaps ahead of where I was. Taking zero input from others & doing what feels right to me. Stay active folks & do what you can. Use it or lose it.

All this testing, seems like it’s making a difference & I’m using readily available things.
