Improving Muscle & Nerve issues.

I think you are marvelous Terry . You really need to write a book with all of this advice . I often think of you when things are difficult or seem impossible…there’s no such word as CAN’T in your life you are a big inspiration to me. When I come off these awful tablets I will try to do the healthy approach . Ive got an mri coming up soon and the tablets help me sleep and cope with the trigimal neuritus and tinnitus which cause panic attacks. The tablets take the edge of it . If I panic I won’t be able to go through with the mri. Michelle and Frazer xx

Thanks Michelle. I was driven to avoid medical help. They nearly killed me! I’ll never touch medication as long as I live. I wont be writing any books, life is for living & I’m too busy doing stuff. Sharing things I’m trying is good. First hand experiences are better than believing the bull crap brigade. The Human body is amazing at things. Getting rid of the idiots causing the traffic jams. Helps us to get places. Terry is on an open highway.

Hi Terry

Can I be cheeky and ask if you buy the hemp oil from a shop or do you have to get it off the internet?

Pam x

Hi there Pam. They sell the Hemp oil I use at Tesco, but I buy some from Ebay too. Usually the balm & pepet higher dosage stuff. It’s sold next to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in most places. Hemp oil has such a stigma attached to it, because of the drug culture & it’s been used for quite a while in cooking. Terry

Thanks Terry I will look when next at Tesco’s, I am not bothered about the stigma, you get to the place where you will try anything.

Hope you have a good week.

All the best Pam. I agree with the try anything approach. This condition gets on my nerves! Pun intended. Have a fantabulous time out there & keep it real.

A spoon of baking soda in coffee, is my new favourite obsession. Add a spoon of honey & it’s marvelous. Before drinking, I have a slug of lemon, lime, Apple Cider Vinegar & extra virgin olive oil. It may seem a bit freaky, but it’s become the norm. Sitting by the rotating fan today & off to jetwash my legs, right now! Terry

Gave my legs a good jet wash today, whilst drinking my green smoothie in the sun. After just getting back from my nature adventure, checking on the tadpoles, at the pond surrounded by trees. Such a lovely day, listening to the birds chatting away. Make the most of the good weather folks. The free vitamin D is much needed. Terry

That sounds wonderful Terry, I love tadpoles we used to have a pond and it would be full of tadpoles and we’d find very tiny baby frogs so small that they must have only just hatched. I love nature, I have bird feeders and the little sparrows and Robins come to feed from them . The robins are so tame they come right up to you. We have bats that come out to fly at night it’s so lovely to see. I hope it’s not too hot for you it makes me quite tired. Michelle and Frazer xx

Exactly Michelle. Getting out in this weather & seeing nature all getting on with it, is awesome. I can’t wait until the little taddies all sprout legs & go hopping off. I get tired & hot, but it’s nothing a good rest under a shaded tree can’t fix. Especially when listening to the sounds. It’s the MS Monday meet up today. I can show others the videos of my adventures & hopfully inspire others to get out. Enjoy this awesome weather & the tranquility of being at one. The only bullshit I witness is real.

That’s good Terry. I’m sure you will inspire other people at the ms group. It can be such an isolating disability. I was watching a YouTube guy with ms it made me feel less alone with my disability, he was very inspiring and I was quite sad the day I was watching it . I felt much better after hearing his story. I’m still waiting for the results of my recent mri. I’m not stressing over it , what will be will be , but it would be a relief to put a name to my symptoms. I hope that you have a good day Terry . Michelle and Frazer xx

Even when some of us get a diagnosis, it’s the start of other troubles, not even taken into consideration. 100% proven case of PPMS & still quizzed by some. It’s a wierd old world. Where some people want a disability, thinking it’s a free financial ride. The actors guild of sympathy. The competition of who’s got it worse. I wish I didn’t have PPMS or even knew what any form of MS was. It’s been a nightmare for me. Thank heavens I’ve got other things to investigate & learn. Take care M & all the best with your results.

Made 3 litres of my onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar & honey spray. Enough to last a while. A peppering of baking soda, before usage is doing good. It can sound odd when foaming from my mouth & expelling air. Yet it’s all good & proactive. No hocus pocus from the witch doctor. Plain, good old fashioned natural ingredients. With a proven history of doing good things. Check out some videos on YouTube if unsure. I’m not a fan of online info, but do your homework. Terry is drinking Dr Pepper, watching Voltron cartoons.

Reminder to keep active & get a load of garlic. Today is going to be a stew day. Packed with all the good things, that I feel have helped improve this attack on my nerves. Note to self. Get a much bigger stew pot. I’m getting a major craving for some greens. Been overdoing it on the Magnums, to stay cool. It’s been hot, hot, hot.

Hi Terry,

Sounds great that… so we’re all round at yours as you’re doing a wholesome stew

Never mind getting a bigger pot you’ll need extra Magnums in as well but make sure you get my favourite ones in lol

It’s been way, way too hot for me but trying to keep active so as not to cease up too much but having plenty of rest inbetween - there’s that saying again “damned if we do damned if we don’t”.

Stay cool and hydrated.

Hi there TT. Staying cool & hydrated is paramount in this lovely weather. Getting outdoors in the fresh air is too.

Steering well clear of cling ons, that troll to extract what they can.

Having zero contact with medical people & social services has been awesome. This system is corrupt as hell. A global computerised scam. Infested with pixel pushers & digital infestations.

Before taking medications, I had a previous life & things I was working on.

It obviously didn’t bode well, with the jealous dim witts.

Now I’m eating far healthier, staying hydrated & working on putting things right. All we have to do, is our own research & turn holistic. Keep exercising & get away from this rat race. It’s causing all the problems.

Terry is getting ready to get lost & escape what’s been allowed by this gathering crowd of narrow minded radicals.

Morning Terry,

Hope you’re ok and ignoring them dim wits

I’m too exhausted today, body over heating and not playing ball at all :frowning:

This is where the cold outdoor hose is amazing. You would not believe how invigorating it is. Jet washing the legs, until red & covered in goose pimples. It’s an excuse at night, to water the grass bare foot. The plants are getting a soak too & it’s looking like an oasis. I would shower outside, if it wasn’t for the locals. It’s time for a barbecue.

Another cocktail of roast garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon, lime, hazel nut oil & krill is in a big jar.

A couple of teaspoons a day, with pints of cold water to wash it all down.

Munching on a bunch of red grapes at the moment & drinking a cup of coffee with Baking Soda.

Finished off with a cool soak from the garden hose & a swig of ACV to get the Baking Soda fizzing in my stomach.

Vitamins B6, B12, D3, Kelp & a few other treats for later.

So much better than the stuff, the clueless prescribe. The onion body wash is working wonders & there’s no flies about. They must know, I’m avoiding blood sucking vultures. Free loading parasites are trouble.

Terry is building & making things.

6:00 AM & a glorious morning. The birds are in full song. Just been to do my morning exercises outside in the cool morning air & my left side is still asleep. A good glug of Apple Cider Vinegar should do the trick & a pint of water. Sticks at it guys & gals. Use it or lose it.
