Would greatly appreciate some insight on these persistent symptoms

I’m a mid-20s male. I don’t smoke or use any substances, etc. However, I’ve faced the following symptoms over the past several months:

  1. Since the past 6 months there has been a oval shaped numb patch above my left knee
  2. As of one month ago, there was roughly a 1 inch long, 1/4 inch wide numb patch just below my right hip btwn glute and thighs.
  3. As of a couple days ago, the underside of my right leg, very close to my knee joint has been itching despite there being no bug-bite. Similar itchiness on right palm which comes and goes.
  4. When I’ve gone driving long distance[ 1hr or more] sometimes I got a pain along the “outer edge” of my right leg. Haven’t driven long distance in some time so I don’t know if this still happens.
  5. Slightly hypersensitive skin on my left forearm yesterday that lasted for a few hours
  6. Glute cramped a little a couple days ago
  7. Right calf muscle felt strained for some reason even though I didn’t work it out
  8. When I saw down “on my haunches” my left thigh muscle seemed kind of tight
  9. Some forearm hypersensitivity/burning that lasted for a few hours a couple days ago (have had similar things happen in the past)
  10. Slightly itchy right palm on and off for several months.

Anyone on here who can give some insight on these symptoms? I realize I need to consult a medical professional (I’m currently waiting on an appointment).

In the mean time I’d greatly appreciate any help, and would be immensely grateful!!

Hi Neurodude

My first step down the neuro-rabbithole was a weirdly numb left hand - I thought I had cracked my shoulder (from an old injury) and got a trapped nerve; the numbness spread up my arm, the left hand side of my torso joined in along with severe pins and needles/sunburn pain, and patches with next to no feeling (temporary) by which time I had seen a Neurologist and had 3 MRIs. I appreciate the random itchiness - I have bouts of itchiness (all to the left side of my person) that come and go. When my left leg cramps up - it cramps up for Britain, and it is agony. Thankfully, it doesn’t do that too often.
I was diagnosed with progressive MS in December 22 after 9 years of MRIS, Lumbar Puncture and Evoked Potential Testing.

Hope you get an appointment soon, in the meantime, keep a diary of all the odd sensations, muscle cramps etc. and be prepared for what could be a long haul to a diagnosis.
