which wheelchair?

Hello, my husband has progressive MS and walking problems with fatigue as some of his symptoms. We are off to spain on holiday and are looking at wheelchairs to take with us for occassional use there. I want something to be able to take easily on a bus or train. I have seen one called the Travelite lightweight in a bag, it seems to fold into a long holdall and costs about £75. Does anybody have this chair and can give me advice on what it is like? Can i pull it along folded when my husband is walking? comments much appreciated.
