Two questions: Head pressure? & Yoga?

Does anybody experience back of head pressure when they lay down? I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now but it’s getting worse, I’m waiting for a call back from both my gp & neuro to inform them, also my lips keep tingling too •_• Has anyone tried Yoga to strengthen muscles? I’ve read that it’s good but have to get the okay from gp/neuro beforehand as the instructor said certain positions could cause further problems Mrs C xx

Hi MrsC - I’ve got pretty constant head pressure with a strange feeling of an icepack being pressed against it. It gets me down too, it’s always there nagging away and no explanation : (

Funnily enough I was talking to a friend just today about her yoga class and am very tempted to join. Sorry no advice, just a bit of chat!

i have attended a yoga class for 3 years. the instructor always asks if anyone has any injuries or health problems and she adjusts to suit us all, giving options - simple and basic, moderate, difficult and wow

i have given it up because last time i did downward dog i felt faint.

i should stop being a wuss and get back into it.

pilates is also very good and is the basis for most physiotherapy
