Evening all. i was just looking back at all my lovely messages about folk not wanting me to leave the site. So heart-warming! Well, I am back and still fumbling my way round the gaff! In fact, my fums have never fumbled quite so much! Anyroad, the OT and trapeze company rep come tomorrow…to check out how big a sling Ill need and the type of ceiling hoist, which will best swing me round the place. . Gonna be fun, fun, fun! Shall I wear my pink lurex leotard, or my gold tassled one? Who said being disabled is boring! Hubby insists on calling it a noose/gallows. hes so looking forward to it being installed. Swinging was talked about quite a bit! Hubby liked the sound of that. OT raised my bed to its highest...room for an underneath bed for hubs! Wonder if hed fancy that. luv Pollx

Hi Polly I have only just seen this about you thinking of leaving, so it was a bit of a shock. I have found the new site extremely difficult to manouvre, and to read as well. When someone uses the blue fonts I find it a lot better to read. I have got “a trapeze” fitted in my bedroom and in the lounge. Can be a bit scary for a while because you have no control at all. Make sure there is no jazzy music playing whilst hubby is using it or he might get carried away and keep his finger on the glide button for too long! Keep smiling. Luv Muriel
