Tech Issue - Forum Notifications not working

Hello

Apologies for this non MS post but I do not know where else to post it.

I am not receiving any Forum Notifications by email when responses to my posts are made. My preferences are correctly set for an email to be sent whenever a response is made to my Post, I have even toggled the option on and off but to no avail. Is any one else having the same problem?

It is very frustrating

Have you checked your junk/spam folder as I know my notifcations have ended up in there.

I have exactly the same problem. I’ve checked my junk mail folder, but there’s just been no notifications.

I did point this out to admin, but haven’t had any response. I didn’t bother following up (seemed like a small issue!)
