Forum notifications (tech team please)

Hi tech team, I have my forum notifications not ticked (on profile) so I only usually get notifications of PMs.

The last few days I’ve been getting emails notifying me every time I get a reply to one of my posts on the forum.

Any idea how I can stop it please?
