I’ve been away for the weekend for a friends wedding, I’ve had to wear flat shoes all weekend as I can no longer wear heels, I can’t remember the last time I felt dressed to the nines and glamorous !

I have just bought a pair if insoles to stop over pronation and hopefully help with ankle and knee pain. Hope they work! Watch this space…
