The pharmacy nor doctor told me to take all my steroids at one time in the morning. I’ve got one day left and have been spreading them out? Could explain the lack of sleep since Saturday! What should I do…take them all at once in the morning??
Yes. You should have been told to take all the pills together in the morning. The instructions should have been on the packaging, i.e. the pill bottle or box.
However, the lack of sleep would probably still have happened. It always has for me.
