Do you remember Saturday morning pictures? Can’t believe what got classified U, e.g Old Yeller, Song of the South and most off the Westerns,wouldn’t happen now! I am not sure Oliver! would be now, and rightly so, child exploitation, domestic abuse,murder and in the end a public hanging, we were traumatised as kids, Oliver! not Sat a.m obvs but my dad took us to the premiere of that tickets through his job!..still not my favourite film!

I have a dim memory of being traumatised by ‘Bambi’.

Not Sat a.m.film, think even mums were upset at that, and ring of bright water

My parents took me to the drive-in to see “Bambi” every year. I’ve refused to watch it ever since.
