In the last few days I seem to have developed a small, rapid and involuntary twitch in the right hand corner of my upper lip which I can see when I look in the mirror. Could this be an MS thing?? It seems to happen early to mid evening pretty much every day now for about 10 -20 minutes then goes away again.

i had twitches for a couple of years.
nobody else could see them but i felt like an elvis impersonator!!
i was already diagnosed so i DID put it down to ms.

Thanks Carole, you can’t see mine from any distance but in a mirror close up I could see it and OH could also from quite close - like a little ripple in the skin. I can feel it though and very irritating it is too! Maybe a new career as an Elvis impersonator if it gets worse
