2lb off folks and after a weekend away in Liverpool, so well pleased…have to knuckle down this week…
Have lost stone since aug and my hubby has lost 1.5 stone since beginning of Aug, great to fit into clothes again, both feel gud,loving recipes on website, eating well, never hungry, classes gud fun and loads of tips, sw is great!
Great stuff, think I hope to even shift 2lbs every week, that is 8-10lbs in a month, which would be fantastic.
That’s really good especially after a weekend away. They recommend a steady, gradual weight loss as being the best way to keep it off so I’d say 2lb was a really good start.

Hi redman. Congrats on the loss :). I did slimming world and lost a stone and a half. I found that some weeks I maintained or only lost a pound or two but every few weeks would lose about four. Hang in there!!

Hiya folks - had my weigh in last night and after a good week watching my diet, I put 1/2 lb on, so disappointed, but nose to the grindstone this week and will try my best again

Aww, that’s a shame. Still it’s only 1/2 lb and maybe the good living from last week caught up with you a bit late.

Thats l think quite a usual anomaly - don’t be down-hearted - next week could be a better week. Don’t starve yourself as your blood sugar levels will rise and your body will go into fat storing mode. Keep off concentrated fruit juices as the sugar in these does the same. Plenty of protein - meat/fish/eggs - veg/salad and low GI food. And keep of the ‘SCALES’ - body weight can fluctuate so much -even in one day - so leave it to the SW club. Same time every week - same clothes. But to lose 2lb after a good weekend - well l think you did marvellously.

Maintained last night - no loss (disappointed) but no gain
