My friend sleep is trying to persuade me towards a daytime routine.

It usually grabs me at 8.30in the evening for an hour but doesn’t come calling again until it starts getting light.

Maybe my recliner/riser chair is too comfortable.

10 ish, go to bed, fall asleep, wake up, sleep, wake up, sleep, wake up, sleep, wake up. Morning, get up, do a little, at least one nap during day, rest often. It’s SO BORING, just imagine, sleeping at night, then energetically getting through a day. All good fun X

Thankyou, I think it’s the loo visits, then the lengthy and tedious acrobatics to get back into bed that stirs the mind. Oh well x
