Hi Alysea
I take propanalol for my tremor, and although it doesn’t stop it full stop, it takes the edge off and makes it more manageable for me.
Could you have a word with your MS nurse to see what they suggest?
Take care, hope things improve for you.

Hi, I dont have tremor but my hands are definitely worrying me. The left one (dominant) in particular…it doesnt hurt, just seems to tire easily, when doing anything which involves putting thumb to forefinger eg handsewing…getting money out of purse…picking this up…

Happens holding things and on pc my neuro gave me propanaol but it did nothing can very low vitamin cause it I was fine then It starting really annoying me now.
I also had very low vitamin d and was put on a high dose for a couple of weeks and then reduced, but have no idea if they made the tremor worse or not.
I still have a tremor some days worse than others, but I do believe that propanalol has made it more manageable for me.
Take care and have a word with your MS nurse or gp to see if there is anything else you can do.
