Can anyone recommend anything for intention tremor? It’s worst in my right hand so thank goodness I’m left handed!

I take propanalol for ms tremor which helps a little but doesn’t make it stop unfortunately.
Might be worth having a word with your neuro or ms nurse in case they have something better to offer.
