Slightly embarrassed which is why this is anonymous…!!!
Recently diagnosed with MS(currently highly active), and have noticed during sex (when reaching orgasm) I get the same nerve spasms in my back and its causing some discomfort (like nerve pain) for a while later. Is this normal? has anyone had similar experiences? I am worried that having sex may be exacerbating my MS (but i dont want to stop having it 
)

don’t be embarrased i get alot of discomfort from spasms and such i have reduced my amount of fun time to only my good days lol. but i have also lost alot of feeling down there so don’t get as much out of it at the moment but still enjoy being close to hubby .

Sex makes me tingle all over. Absolutely exhausted after but tonnes better than being exhausted after a day at work.
Sex cannot make your MS any worse. Don’t worry.
