Well, OH and I had sex last night. First time in a long time and I feel like I have been hit by a bus this morning.
Every part of me hurts as if I have a bad flu. I did buzz for about 2 hours afterwards which for me is normal but I really am so bloody sore today…Is this normal?

I don’t think it’s normal, no.
If it doesn’t wear off, I think you need to see your GP. It could be a coincidental infection or virus perhaps?

Hello I dont do sx much as I suffer some erectile dysfunction, but when I can get “Him” to work, however I feel the same it feels like being hit by a bus, As you say nice for the “moment” however next day I feel like I have been hit by a bus
dont forget you are using muscles you don’t usually use, sorry I can’t agree with karen, sometimes Fibromyalgia can give you flu like symptoms however I think there is some cross over symptoms of Fibro and MS.
