Went to our son’s house today and had a fantastic dinner he cooked for us.

Sun shining.

After our food he took us to see a car he was thinking of buying…a

lovely red “Beetle”…and guess what…he bought it, whoopee!

Reasons to be cheerful;

  1. just eatena tasty stir fry, followed by banana and custard yogurt with a WHOLE mango…well you cant slice em, so I just gobbled it all up. All free on my slimming world diet.

  2. i`m back home in my profile bed and own shower and loo
