I have really v.painful and stiff knees, any ideas what i can do?

keep them moving as u can! heat pack or cold pack-everyone is different.

Yes that’s the best advice, keep moving the or gentle massage whatever works for you. Hope.x

Some will say, take Baclofen. some will say, take Magnesium. I take both. Worth a try? Do some light exercise too. Lack of movement will make them worse.
