‘50 shades of grey’ I must admit that made me chuckle, but on the other hand I could have found it offensive, that kind of carry on is…but I guessed that you didn’t mean it that way, did you!
If you are easily offended don’t read them, it really is that easy. If forum members don’t like my jokes they should not read them, enough people do.
The fake Chinese accent is not meant to be offensive at all, it is part of the joke & certainly is not a dig at the Chinese…this kind of ‘over the top’ PC thinking is stifling this country, people darn’t sneeze the wrong way anymore.
I don’t post anything to offend anyone, am I to be confined to posting christmas cracker jokes!
I’m not easily offended and objecting to racist jokes isn’t over the top PC.
When I log onto the forum I want to read all thr posts, if something is objectionabl;e, to me or might be to other msers logging on then I should be able to say so without being accused of being over the top PC.
Thank you to the peeps with supportive comments, I hate to tell you though that having ‘fans’ is not what I look for, BUT I do like it when you look forward to seeing the next funny I post…I’m sure other regular joke posters look at it in the same way.
I don’t need addulation & I get on with anybody from anywhere, so long as they are decent people and we hit it off. The way some people have decided I am, I’m amazed I have any friends at all because I come across as one very unpleasant person (I can hear them cry ‘well you said it’) Does this mean I only have wonderful & very close friends who must be as nasty as I am…how dare you insult them. I can understand why so many have left this forum.
Don’t judge me until you know me. Unless you have spoken to me, met me or seen through the funnies please keep your opinions to yourselves because you are being far more nasty than you perseive.
As I type this we are watching Mark Evans doing one of his ‘Car is born’ programs, he just mentioned a Land Rover Defender with what looks like the side of a rigid inflatable on each side of it as being handy for getting the towels on the sun loungers before the Germans…that is the humour of life, is it not.
Fanny I’m afraid you are turning this into a playground tiff, time to call a spade a spade & stop hurling dung at every person who does not agree with you.
