Hi there… so Ive been experiencing pins and needles in both hand for the last 2 or so weeks but now it seems to be in both legs from my feet up to my hips…. This is scaring me a little as haven’t had anything like this since I got diagnosed in 2010. Can I do anything to help recover from this or do I just ride it out. Please help
