Hello MS family, I was diagnosed RRms 12 years ago and have had a lucky time in comparison to some, probably about 5-6 relapses. I’m am experiencing something that’s quite new to me and like to try alternative methods where possible. Has anyone experienced numbness and pins and needles at the base of your feet up the calf? Really don’t fancy a bout of steroids again. Thanks in advance
