Hi everyone Just thought I’d share I have 2 pigeons in my garden that have been there for years they live in the outhouses they annoyed my ex cause the made a mess but it wS quite sweet However whilst on my walk this morning one thought it would become a resident. Came home looked In the window to find a pigeon where my dog normally sits whilst my dog lay sleeping blissfully unaware upstairs lol. Luckily my dad came and rescued me and our the pigeon outside Got a cracking pic of it sitting quite comfy on my sofa looking out the window. Em x
Ah, glad the birds were removed safely and the dog is ok too!

I love to see birds outside but not in the house, it spooks me. I remember in the early 80s when the children where little, a bird came down the chimney on at least three occasions. It always seemed to be the lovely insurance man who rescued me. would have preferred the milkman…he was gorgeous
One sunday morning i heard this almighty racket in my hall the cats were yowling and juming around.
When i went to see what was going on i found a very large magpie jumping around the vey small hall ans my 2 cats chasing it,the cats shot out the cat flap and tht left me with the magpie to deal with,i grabbed a cout off the peg and threw it over the bird unlocked the door and let it go.
I can only asume that one of the cats caught it and somehow brought it in threw the cat flap, well it was an exciting start to a sunday .
Glad that you managed to get the pidgeon out of your house without too much hastle.
