Painful toes

Hi, I’ve had MS for nearly 20 years,
I suffer from primary progressive,
I’m lucky in one way, I can still get around walking with two sticks, not very far but I use a scooter for further distances. My wife was diagnosed with relapse remit two years earlier, (what are the chances of that ).
Anyway I’ll get to the point, for about two years now one of my toes was curling under, this was quite painful as it was pushing my toe nail into my toe.
I was was going to a chiropodist at the time and she made a mould to keep my toe up, this has been working fine for nearly two years. My problem is now the rest of my toes are starting to curl under, this is making it very hard to walk.
I’ve had one doctor tell me it’s something called hammer foot and another tells me it’s associated with the MS, My hands also feel like they are wanting to clench as well.
I was wondering if any other MS sufferers has had any of these symptoms and if so how you got on with it. Thank you. I’m
