I’m so fed up of joint pain mainly in my hips it wakes me and I can’t get comfy and then can’t sleep. Now I’m dizzy again the room just spins and I feel like I’m tipping. This happened in June came out of nowhere lasted around 3 weeks stopped. I’m still waiting for the mri of my kneck and upper spine, the gp as requested it after the neurologist said I needed it. I’m keeping a diary of my issues. I had 2 weeks where I felt great and it was nota able that I did. Then it all started up again, the paines, numbness, fatigue, the weird feelings in my throat, swallowing issues and now the dizzyness. I’m fed up but plodding on.

It’s rubbish being unable to sleep. I am like a zombie, roaming around the house, silently and making my sons jump out of their skins. Talking of sons my eldest offered me a cup of tea, took my cup away and hasn’t been seen since. I’ll have to make my pigging own!
