not sure what to do, please help

hi

im not dx but i think im going through a relapse. it started yesterday and today my symptoms are really strong. as its saturday today the gp surgery is closed and i have no other contacts. i can hardly stand and feel numb all over and am very sleepy despite taking “staying awake” meds. the pain in my legs is bad and hard to think straight. im sure its not flu or an infection.

im not sure if i should wait till monday to see my gp or phone out of hours tho not sure if they can do anything. any advise please

Hi Lorraine, oh you poor thing. Sounds awful.

If you call surgery out of hours they should have a number for emergency doctor. Call the usual surgery number and see if there is one.

Another option would be to go to A&E.

Hope you can get to see someone tonight. In meantime, try not to panic. Go to bed and rest as much as you can. Is someone with you?

Hi Lorraine,

So sorry to hear you are feeling as you do. As you haven’t been dx yet it’s very hard to say but you could always give out of hours doc’ a call and ask their advice, I thinkl that would be your best bet. Do hope you feel better soon.
