MS and excruciating tennis elbow pain

Hi
Does anyone resonate with me on this topic? Any input and/or advice appreciated
Thanks

This might help.

Tennis elbow - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Using two hiking poles definitely stirs up my tennis elbow. Given that I can’t get far without them, that means it’s downright disabling as well as sore! I think when one uses walking aids, there’s always going to be a risk of straining elbows that were never intended for such heavy use.

So do you think it is MS related? It’s my left elbow and I’m having similar joint pain in my left knee

Well, for me it is indirectly caused by MS. MS damage to my gait pulls everything else out of whack, and resulting stresses and strain like tendonitis are the result.

Even quite subtle alterations to how the body moves can do that over time.
