More green chillies

Sometimes I just listen to my body as it tells me what I need, and at the moment it’s chillies with my food. By the same token it often tells me what I don’t need too. I have heard that green chillies are rich in vitamin c, and I’m really into natural vitamins. There is a cash and carry Asian shop just up the road where I can get fresh green chillies for next to nothing. The same for Okra, which I really enjoy.

They don’t sell rioja, but that’s life!
