Every now and again (quite a lot lately) I like to eat a raw green chilli with my meal. There are a few in the kitchen now ready for me as I’ll be cooking something soon.
Research tells me there might be mixed benefits of eating them (I have probably one or two now and again).
I reckon that even if they are bad for me, the odd one won’t hurt. Anyway, I’m going to have it whatever, but wanted to ask for any opinions if anyone has one?
Juju, I like ginger too, a regular visitor in my kitchen.
I once heard from Mr. Twoshoes, a one time board user, that ginger was a natural remedy in assisting balance problems.
I don’t eat so much of it to know for sure, but any ginger I eat is fresh and it is a wonderful addition to the curries I like cooking. In fact ginger, turmeric and cumin and garlic in combination together, and with added coconut milk and some more of those chillies makes a fabulous meal.
