Marking myself safe in this heatwave…

Not really but a girl can dream :joy::joy:

I’ve sweat so much I thought I was a shoe in for weight loss this week alas the extra Feast ice creams I have scoffed may have been my downfall

Oh bless you, I also suffer with hyperhidrosis. I try to stay in cool when the sun is out, and have found a cooling blanket, fan at night time helps. Maintain a good level of hydration to replenish fluids lost. My GP recommended a deodorant with aluminium in but made my skin very sore. This is only my 2nd summer suffering with this. Does the cold affect you as well?

The cooling blanket seems like such a good idea! Although my kids wouldn’t let me sit down long enough to enjoy it!

Yes! I was so surprised by the cold affecting me! I’ve always loved the cold weather but last winter I was just as poorly as being in the heat. MS is a very British disease moan when we are hot moan when we are cold :joy::joy:

Tbh I got a cooling blanket off Amazon, but because of all the nerve damage in my legs can’t stand them being cold.
I find myself disliking both extremes for the way it affects me. It must be difficult when you have young children. Unfortunately we do like to moan.
