juicing and bowels

ive been juicing for a few weeks, eating healthy and adding a juice for extra nutrients. todays- broccolli, 2 cloves garlic, bunch parsley and an apple. ive seem to have more energy and am more regular with my bowels than ive been in my life-bonus

Ido the same everyday. Spinach, kale, blueberries, carrot and apple make a good juice xx

i havent used my juicer for 6 months but i feel its time to get it cleaned off and start again.

i used to have a brilliant juicing book with some really yummy ones as well as the very healthy ones.
