Was just wondering if anyone has ever tried Juice plus vitamins ??
when i was juicing i could feel the benefit from the fruit and leafy greens.
i did buy spirulina powder.
suppose there are powdered vitamins?

Carol, may I ask why you no longer juice? Can you recommend any good books or info on the subject specifically around MS?

my son wanted more room on the worktops so he put it on top of the kitchen unit tops.
he’s 6 foot 2 and i’m not so there it stays until god knows when.
maybe i’ll make him get it down for me (he’s a sweetie really and make me laugh)
i had a good book that came with it, THE JUICE MASTER by Jason Vale.
it has juices that help with asthma, arthritis, weight gain, headaches etc.
there is a 3 day detox too.
