I know, a post about those dreaded benefits!
I was on JSA, but had a bit of a nasty relapse and couldnt meet the seeking work critera, so got told to get a doc sick note and apply for ESA.
Doc signed me off for 3 months to be reviewed after this period.
Have applied for ESA and filled in paperwork and sent them the bits they asked for.
Question Im asking is, do we have to do this everytime we are ‘sick’?
i.e after the 3 months I feel well enough to seek work, so I go back to JSA, but if I have another dreaded relapse again after this period, I have to go back to ESA and do all the form filling again?
