Hi M, It’s great that having your hair done has lifted your spirits! Hope your MS nurse visit goes well - just the chance to chat about all this sometimes helps! Hi Oonagh, My neurophysio visit was exhausting and very hard. My left left leg has great deal of difficulty in doing any of the exercises but I will keep at it to see if things improve. Good luck with your visit too. How is your situation with the catheter going now? Teresa xx
Hi everyone,
Having my hair cut and done tomorrow…yippee.
Almost too scared to mention this, in case I am tempting fate,
but, today I feel half human again, brain fog better , dizziness
better , legs still like painful planks, but hey, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad.
Hope today is being kind to you all, take care
Pam x
Glad you are having a much better day Pam. Hope you enjoy having your hair done tomorrow! Teresa xx
Hi all, reading posts above… isn’t it strange just how much ppms changes day to day? Some days I really am like the stereotype of an ‘invalid’ (terrible word that… in-valid!!!)… in bed and barely able to make it to the bathroom… next day I will be up and dressed and keeping myself busy and feeling almost ‘normal’… in fact if I could walk further on those days I would feel normal.
Not even day to day. Yesterday morning I felt pretty good… sort of ‘normal’. By 3pm I was in bed feeling absolutely awful and could barely keep my eyes open. Tried to read but my right eye had a fit of the ‘winks’ so couldn’t focus.
It still amazes me how much this thing fluctuates. And I still feel guilty on ‘good’ days that I’m not working… then later that day or next day I’m lying prostrate in bed and think ‘Oh yes this is why I’m not working!’
Anyway, hoping everyone is ok and glad you having a good day Pam.
Love Pat xx
I totally agree Pat, one day you think it is a good day and
suddenly it’s like you hit a brick wall.
Strange illness this ms marlarkey, anyway try to laugh on
the good days and smile on the bad ones. I do try, but have
to admit it’s hard to remember this sometimes.
Snowing here now, my trip to the hairdresser may have to be
postponed (again).
Stay safe and warm everyone.

Oh Pam shame you couldn’t get to the hairdresser!
Snowing here too… and settling. Thank God for internet supermarket shopping… who knows when I’ll be able to get out on scooter!
Hope everyone staying safe and warm,
Pat xx
Up and dressed early today ready to go to work (only two days a week) then got a call from the boss telling me he cant get in so stay at home. Could have stayed in bed if i had not been so keen!!
Stay warm and safe all.

Well folks - Is it the drugs or the disease, damn good question, I saw the MS nurse on Friday all they can up with is rehablitation ie more physio/exercise!
I think its my gorilla that has been out of his cageDon’t expect help with the dizzyness/drunken feeling, I was told 5 years ago learn to live with it, nothing has changed.
So here we go guystake care, be safe
Oh M. Sometimes it’s so £ucking depressing seeing the nurse or the neuro. I won’t bother with the platitudes hon.
