Indewelling cather

Hi all

I have a super pubic cather put in two weeks ago and botox in my bladder.

I am difficult accepting it as I only had to days to prepare my symptoms where pain and bladder spasms urgency and frequency,

Since the cather I still have bladder pain and the sensation of urgency also pain if I try to sleep on my side .

Can any one she’ any light on this please

Hi Mary I have been catheterised for years started with ureatheral one and now have suprapubic I can’t remember any pain just huge sense of relief at not wetting myself. Do you have access to an MS Nurse or an incontinence nurse?
