incontinence protection!

Hi, hope everyone is as well as possible. I few weeks ago, I posted about not being able to find any incontinence protection that was both discreet enough and absorbent enough for my needs. Well, hurrah, I have finally found some! They are called always pants discreet and they are brilliant. I feel much more confident when out and about, knowing that if I don’t get to the loo in time, the only person who will know about it is me. They only problem with them is that they are quite pricey, and only come in packs of 9 or 12. Thought this might be useful for some you on here too, best wishes, Bex xxx

its the best place in the world to let it all out.

i consider other people with ms to be “my people” sort of in a tribal way.

at the ms therapy centre it’s the same.

have continence discussions with men and women old and young.

doesn’t matter because they’re my people.

you all get it because you have all got it.

That’s great. Shame about the cost though. I used to buy Tena direct from Tena that way I got them VAT free and buying in bulk meant I got a good deal. Maybe there’s an Always website.

I use the pads by Always and find them very good - much thinner than Tena so it is less like wearing a breeze block in your pants! They are similar to Ultra sanitery towels - just a little bit thicker. The long ones are more secure than the shorter ones and are rated more absorbent. They make ones called “Discreet” if you have a less serious problem - they are like highly absorbent panty liners.
