Morning friends. What a lovely morn it is too.

Well, I`ve made the call you all told me to make!

I rang the neuro`s secretary this morning. I got straight through…well it was 9.01am, so I guess I caught her before she got too busy.

I explained my reason for ringing etc and she leapt into action! She said her pc had just crashed, so she looked for my notes and found them quickly. They told her that as the MS neuro had left, me and other bods need to be slotted into another clinic ASAP.

Then I asked about the LP reuslts, she said she could see no reason why that couldnt be done, before an appointment and she would chase that up.

Yes, she was lovely and helpful! Made me feel I actually AM a real person on their books!

Good news Poll.The secretaries are the power behind ‘The Ivory Tower’. Lovely and helpful are not two words which spring to mind about the soulless,ignorant creature who I see for 15 minutes a year whether he likes it or not.Good tip about phoning super early before she gets too busy.
