I just thought it was interesting as I read a report that a particular doctor thought ms was a metabolic disease Nd as I have suffered in the past with hormonal issues pso disease and had a gallbladder removed it would fit with this. Others I know have had similar issues with either hormones or fat digestion and thought it would be interesting to see if others have had similar issues. This would fit in with then therfore explaining why some benefit from a low saturated fat diet and d3 which is a hormone. Maybe completely wrong and looking for resasons when there really are not any. Xx
Hi, Interesting; I am not dx, initial stages of investigation, the sensory/pain symptoms about 12 months now, maybe other linked episodes in last? But I am recently diagnosed Vit D deficient, and have suffered with IBS for 29 years, every investigation under sun for this, no known cause. Cannot tolerate fat well at all, can eat for eg batter and 10mins Watery stools prevail, can last a week like this, motility changes and everything passes v.quickly (you can tell with colour etc motility problem). Any element of stress or worry and it’s off again. Now for first time ever have gone the other way and motility has slowed right up. Am on D3 sups and gonna explore very low fat diets just out of interest. Best wishes Ally x
