Hi lads and ladies,
due to my diagnosis of RRMS back in 2012, I had to give
up working for the NHS as it was too much. Long story
short I went to uni and got a new job as a telephone counsellor.
ill be starting on 27k, and I’m assuming I’ll lose my ESA? Does anybody
know if I’ll lose my ESA and PIP? my legs aren’t good and use crutches/wheel chair always
Thanks in advance for any replies
I think you’ll only lose esa, pip you will still get, it’s not means tested, x

As Jean says, youll lose ESA/.....thats for people who arent working.
PIP can be claimed whilst working.
Well done on carving out a new career. Will you be working from home?
Sounds like a job you can do more comfortably…let us know how it goes. Stay safe.

Thanks Bouds will do, stay safe x
Well done to you. If you feel you are beginning to struggle you can make sure you’re getting the right amount of PIP if you’re not on the maximum yet.
Good luck.
