i’ve been away for a while (various reasons, some ms connected, some not), so just checking in and wishing everyone well. can’t manage much in the lovely weather as too hot and bothered. i love the heat, but it seems to make me more useless than usual!

i sat outside with my book and 2 bottles of water.
sprayed sun protection on
10 minutes and felt like a wet lettuce.
so feeling fed up i mopped the floors.
i’m putting 2 small bottles of water in the fridge because it’s bliss rolling your feet on them.

Lovely to hear from you, and sorry that I’ve not responded sooner but am in Portugal ATM on holiday. Its so nice being in the sun especially as I’ve heard that the heat isn’t good for us ms folk. I’m trying to persuade the wife that we should downsize in UK and relocate to here. Has anyone with ms done that do you know of?
Anyway, will respond when back as this kindle is crap to type on… I keep getting my mucking fords wuddled up
