just feeling pretty pleased with myself today. have trouble standing let alone trying to walk but today managed to get out of my riser chair and walk with my frame - oh happy days.
Well done you,i know how you feel, i cant stand at times either,i normally manage round the house though,on most days, but i would love to be able to just get up and go, like i used to.
