Frozen Arm movements

Could I please ask, I’m newly diagnosed… I had a very weird experience a few years ago that I just couldnt explain, I’m hoping someone has knowledge of it - or had samething similar happen - so I know I’m not mad!

I was sitting down at work, and basically both arms just sort of locked, I couldn’t move them. I ended up rotating my wrists, then elbows and shoulders… It took about 10 minutes but it freed them up.

Doing it caused a horrible crunching sound as I rotated my wrist and arm. It’s not happened since.

It was just after a Covid jab, so I’m still unsure if it was actually MS or some kind of strange reaction to the jab. (Or both!)

It sounds like Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). I used to get that too before, sitting down doing a 9 to 5+ hours desk job, it does happen so you reguarly need to get up and shake it off.

Thanks.
