fingertip numb

I got in around an hr ago from work,and my fingers on both hands were freezing(had gloves on, now a hr later, my middle finger is completely numb from nail downwards.Holding the mouse feels really weird.My hands are warm now.Have not experienced this b4,any tips anyone.
