Eureka Moment

Try to go for a walk each day. Generally clomping round stiff-legged.

This morning after about 200 yards found I could walk normally - couldn’t believe it - lasted for another 200 yards and then back to the clomping. What happened - I’ve had m.s. 15 years

I find the morning is a major clomp till I get meds and generally round the house it’s like trying to tightrope walk. But if I’m out I tend to pick up pace it’s better
