Hi everyone I was just wondering if anyone has taken and had any success with B12 tablets mainly with their energy levels?
My fatigue seems to be worse than normal whether that’s to do with the length of time I’ve had ms or just age creeping up or because I’m now 54 I also have brought an electric trike which is great! Makes me feel like a kid again!

Hi Ann
Have you been offered B12 injections?
my GP used to do it but now it has to be done at a clinic 2 towns away.
Since I no longer drive the taxi fares make me think “Sod this for a game of soldiers”.
the injections are mega effective.

Hi Carole
No I haven’t they test my blood and just say it’s normal. I will ask next time and see but seeing as they don’t test my vit d either I doubt it will make a difference.

your GP should arrange for your blood tests.
as a person with MS vitamin D3 is essential, my MS specialist even does seminars on it’s importance.
there is little reason for them to refuse B12 either.
they might prescribe B12 in tablet form but the injections are better.
