Does anyone wear a medical alert bracelet / tag?

Having just started Tysabri I have acquired (yet another!) patient alert card to keep in my already overstuffed purse. (Not stuffed with money I can assure you!)

As well as the MS I have a couple of other conditions that need to be flagged up to medical staff so I am thinking of getting a medical alert bracelet to wear should anything awful happen when I am out. Does anybody else have one or am I being my usual worry-wort?

I haven’t got one but am going to get one - mainly because I’m allergic to a lot of medicines so it would be beneficial for that but also beneficial for me to have that I have ms and lupus on it so that the medical professionals know.
