Hello all,
I had a new one today, all day long my hand muscles have been sort of contracted, like the skin is sucked in like a vacuum bag around the muscle for want of a better description, it’s partly positional (it relaxes a little if i curl my hand and then shoots back as soon as my hand is straighter, then it sort of slowlllllly relaxes and jumps then to back to a contracted position again, it is so funny to watch).
Has anyone had this one before?! Fortunately it mostly doesn’t hurt, there’s a bit under my thumb that feels a bit crampy when it goes tight but that’s all. It’s been keeping me and my kids entertained! Aren’t bodies strange things 
. My twitches and jerks have taken on new life in the last few days so I’m wondering what other new and interesting things my body will begin to do in the coming days 
No that hasn’t happened to me but has this happened with the increase in temperature? Does it change of you have a cold shower or ice bath?
