My hands and feet are painfully cold.
I warm my hands up by putting them between my legs or in my armpits but what a contortionist i’d have to be to warm both!
Just one of those silly thoughts

I’m the same, except at bedtime when my feet start to burn and I have to use cold pads to cool them down, my hands never warm up though.

Same here my hands and feet are always very cold.If i touch my forehead i feel as if i have a temperature but i never have.
tis a veritable bugger!
I warm my hand and feet up by putting them on husband - much to his disgust, but i tell him he has his uses!
My son bought me a rechargeable handwarmer last Christmas and it’s invaluable. It recharges through a USB connection and it’s really easy to hold, works a treat to warm my hands. Now he always reminds me to take it especially if I’m going out in the evening because ‘you know what you get like’, he’s a very attentive 16 year old!
Bless him - not many 16 year olds are concerned like that - more caught up in their own world
‘Cold hands, warm heart’ as the saying goes.
Me too. I get chilblains on hands and feet if I don’t take care.
Wear thick socks and sheepskin boots.
Foot warmer pads. sadly disposable but don’t use very often.
Socks in bed
Wrist warmers - fingerless gloves.
Dr prescribed nifedipine which helps circulation – ‘I haven’t got a temperature and Covid - it’s my tablets making me hot!!’
Keep warm
